HR / Talent Manager

Job description

We are looking for our very first HR Allrounder for our growing start-up company to shape and manage how we build an employer brand, recruit talent, develop and retain our employees.  As the responsible for all HR / Talent matters at our company your tasks will include the following:

  • Plan and Implement internal HR Tools, Processes and Policies
  • Build a consistent and attractive employer branding in the Tech and Data Analytics/Data Science environment and present our company on job fairs or in relevant publications.
  • Define Job Descriptions and Career Paths together with the Functions Teams and write Job Ads.
  • Attract and recruit top talent for various positions such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Client Succes or Operations in Singapore and other countries in the region such as Indonesia and Thailand.
  • Conceptualise and implement a modern and lasting employee lifecycle experience
  • Build attractive performance review systems and engagement measurement as well as benefits schemes
  • Network with other companies and stay up to date on modern HR Practices which are suitable for a tech scale-up company
  • Together with our Office Team build an engaging corporate culture


  • An experienced, driven and internationally-minded personality with a strong passion to build a modern HR Practice in a small and fast-growing company.
  • 7-12+ yrs experience in HR, Talent Aquisition, Employee Development, HR Business Partner
  • Experience in developing HR Processes and Concepts from scratch.
  • Familiar with modern HR Tools and Practices as well as a basic understanding of Labour Law in Singapore and other countries in the region. Exposure to Work Visa Regulations.
  • Highly organized, strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion to build a top talent workforce.
  • Understanding of Business Planning and Budgets
  • Cultural Understanding and hands-on experience in a fast-growing start-up environment.
  • Experience in Big Data Analytics/DataScience/Tech Company is a plus
