Retail Research Coordinator & Analyst
Job description
- Coordinate Research Projects (such as Store Trials) across our vast Grocery Retail Network across Indonesia
- Collect Research Requirements from internal stakeholders and put together briefing documents for Store Managers
- Actively reach out to Store Managers/Store Owners in our community of independent retailers and acquire them for the research project
- Coordinate with external stakeholders the execution of research projects
- Monitor the execution, ensure high quality and liase with Stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation of the projects.
- Support in the Analytics and Documentation of Projects Results
Requirements
- Good Understanding and experience in Retail Environments, especially in Independent Retail
- Feeling comfortable reaching out and coordinating with several internal and external stakeholders
- 2-3yrs of Experience in working in Retail or in research related company, e.g. as Store Manager, Sales Area Manager, Research Coordinator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working accuratley and reliable
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
